Renee – Practice Manager
Originally from Southern California, Renee and her husband relocated to Colorado Springs in 2007 following a fulfilling career in the United States Air Force. While they’ve raised two wonderful children, their attention now turns to their beloved dogs, Millie and Raider, who keep them on their toes! With over 30 years of experience in the dental field, Renee brings a genuine passion for helping others, alleviating stress, and enhancing dental health. She believes wholeheartedly that service is a cornerstone of personal happiness. Her energy is infectious, and she is committed to ensuring every patient enjoys a positive experience.
Jill – Operations Manager
Jill plays a key role in developing strategies that promote Elevation’s mission and vision. She oversees marketing and collaborates closely with Renee on staffing and administrative responsibilities. With a strong background in human resources, Jill has become an invaluable asset to the team. She graduated from Brown University with a BA in Psychology and captained the Brown Women’s Tennis Team, leading them to an Ivy League Championship. Jill married her college sweetheart, John “Dr. McKissock”, and spent 20 years traveling the world, supporting his Army career while raising their three sons: Dean, Cole, and Luke. In her free time, Jill enjoys being with her family, spending time with her dog Rooney, traveling, and watching the New York Yankees.
Nicole – Lead Administrator
A Colorado native, Nicole graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 2007. She takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and helping patients understand their benefits. Nicole ensures the office runs smoothly, handling everything from financial matters to insurance and scheduling, so patients can enjoy stress-free visits. In her free time, she loves curling up with a good book or movie. Spending time with her husband, Chris, their daughter, Ellie, and their fur babies is her top priority. Nicole and her family also love to travel, with cruises being a particular favorite.
Brittany – Administrative Assistant
Brittany greets everyone with a warm smile and exceptional customer service. Originally a dental assistant, she now excels as a front office administrative assistant, using her dental background to answer patient questions. A proud military spouse to her husband David and mom to Jace and Wesley, Brittany is passionate about volunteering, especially in support of the military community. Originally from Southern California, she moved to New Mexico for dental assisting school, where she developed a love for the endodontic field. Brittany enjoys softball and thrives in a team environment. Now on their 8th military move, her family hopes to make Colorado Springs their permanent home.
Amiena – Administrative Assistant
Amiena moved to Colorado in 2022 and has enjoyed every moment since. Originally from Florida, she is the third of six children in her wonderful family. Amiena holds a degree in Marketing from Ferris State University in Michigan. In her free time, she enjoys writing poetry, playing pickleball, and practicing Pilates. A travel enthusiast, she loves to collect mugs from each destination she visits. Amiena is passionate about dentistry because it allows her to serve others and make a positive impact on their lives.
Joyce – Lead Dental Assistant
Joyce began her dental career in orthodontics in 2005. She joined Elevation Endodontics from the start, eager to expand her personal and professional expertise in the dental field. Joyce is dedicated to making every patient feel comfortable and at ease, using her professionalism and empathy to calm even the most anxious. A Colorado resident since the age of two, Joyce and her husband, Chad, are proud parents to three wonderful children: Ashley, Adamari, and Silas. In her free time, she enjoys cheering on her kids’ various athletic activities, catching a Rockies game, or diving into a DIY project at home.
Tasha – Dental Assistant
A proud Colorado native, Tasha earned her Dental Assisting Certificate from Pikes Peak Community College. With years of experience in the field, she understands the complexities of endodontics and strives for the best possible outcomes with every treatment. Tasha is committed to creating a calm and relaxing environment for her patients, aiming to ease the fear and anxiety often associated with dental visits. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the beauty of the outdoors with her daughters. Fitness is a significant part of Tasha’s life; she loves her Zumba classes and stays active by taking her three dogs on long walks each day.
Chelsey – Admin Assistant
Chelsey has been a dedicated Dental Assistant since 2016, providing our patients with top-notch endodontic care. She genuinely cares for each individual and prioritizes their comfort during treatment. Chelsey strives to connect with every patient, helping them feel at ease throughout their visit. Nothing brings her greater satisfaction than seeing a patient leave the office pain-free. A proud native of Colorado Springs, Chelsey loves the outdoors, enjoying activities like hiking and camping, which allow her to escape to the mountains. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Wes, and is a proud mother to three children: Remi, Charli, and Dax.
Zyreen – Dental Assistant
Zyreen was born and raised in the Philippines, and as an adult, she embarked on a journey to explore the world, traveling to countries like Sweden, Iceland, and Norway. Her favorite destination is Iceland, where she met her husband, Andrew, in 2020. After Andrew’s separation from the Air Force, they chose to make Colorado Springs their permanent home. Zyreen joined Elevation Endodontics in 2023, fulfilling her dream of becoming a Dental Assistant. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, baking, traveling, and spending quality time with Andrew and their Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Akai.
Amy – Dental Assistant
Amy brings almost a decade of experience to our dental team and has a genuine passion for ensuring that every patient enjoys a peaceful and comfortable experience. Before embarking on her career as a dental assistant, she spent four years traveling throughout Europe, embracing new cultures and adventures. Originally from Minnesota, Amy enjoys cozying up with embroidery and cross-stitch projects during the winter months. When the weather warms up, she loves to venture outdoors for hikes with her husband, daughter, and their beloved fur babies.
Geraldine – Dental Assistant
Geri, a Colorado native, earned her associate degree in dental assisting from Pueblo Community College. With over 12 years of experience, she is passionate about her work and brings a calm, professional, and upbeat demeanor that helps create a positive experience for all her patients. Married for over 18 years, Geri is the proud mother of two amazing kids. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, vacationing, and watching all the Colorado sports teams with her family.
Vickie – Dental Assistant
With over 30 years of experience, Vickie has worked as a dental assistant in general dentistry, orthodontics, and now Endodontics. She is dedicated to listening to her patients’ needs and goes above and beyond to ensure they feel comfortable and at ease during their visits. A proud mother of three and grandmother to three adorable grandchildren, Vickie cherishes spending time with her family, always making them her top priority. However, it’s her fur babies, Jax and Ruby, who receive the most spoiling! As empty nesters, Vickie and her husband, Bill, enjoy hiking and biking together, embracing the great outdoors.
